Every residential plan includes automatic storm monitoring. Snowfall triggers, coverage periods, and visits vary by plan. Ice melt is included with Premium and VIP Guardian; it is not included with Standard.

VIP Guardian

$1,095 per season

First-priority routing and full-property coverage for your driveway, walkways, steps, city sidewalk, and mailbox access.

  • First to last snowstorm of the 2026–2027 season
  • Dusting snowfall trigger
  • Three or more visits per storm, if needed
  • Clearing Window: within 6 hours after snow ceases
  • Ice melt included

Two different things.

Does a return visit use another storm from my allowance?

No. Included return visits for the same qualifying storm do not use another storm from your seasonal allowance. Visits and revisit conditions follow your selected plan.

What happens after my 16 qualifying storms?

Standard, Premium, and VIP Guardian each include up to 16 qualifying storms during the selected plan’s coverage period. After that allowance is used, additional visits are priced individually depending on the snow amount. The price is agreed before additional work begins.

How do I choose the right coverage for my property?

The listed rates apply to the residential clearing areas included in your selected plan. During your address review, we confirm your driveway and sidewalk layout, exact clearing areas, access, and route availability. If your requested property scope needs a different price, we show the scope and total before you sign or pay.
