What does one flat seasonal rate cover?
Every residential plan covers up to 16 qualifying storms during its coverage period. Your chosen plan determines the snowfall trigger, visits, cleared areas, and timing.
Do I have to call to find out the price?
No. Seasonal prices and payment-option savings are visible above. Choose a plan online, then share your property details for review. If your property needs a different scope, any adjusted price is shown before you commit. Texting and calling are always available if you prefer help.
When does my clearing window begin?
Standard is cleared within 24 hours after snow ceases, Premium within 12 hours after snow ceases, and VIP Guardian within 6 hours after snow ceases. Included revisits during the same covered storm do not use another storm credit.
How are storms counted?
Each qualifying snowstorm counts as one event. Included return visits for that same storm do not use another storm from your allowance. Your selected plan’s snowfall trigger and coverage period apply.
What happens after my 16 storms are used?
After your 16 included qualifying storms, additional visits are priced individually based on the snow amount. We agree on the price before additional work begins.
Which discounts are available?
Through November 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time, early-bird savings are 10% when paid in full or 5% with half upfront. The separate senior/veteran discount adds 5 percentage points once. Payment and eligibility details are confirmed before enrollment.
